Mandarin essential oil is adaptable and can be used to treat a wide range of physical and emotional conditions. A few drops added to a carrier can be used in massage to treat stretch marks and fluid retention.

It may have a calming effect on the digestive system when massaged on the abdomen to relieve gas and tummy ache. Known to relieve the symptoms of PMS and muscular aches

Its cheering, uplifting and relaxing aroma is ideal for treating negative emotional conditions such as anxiety, nervous tension, stress, irritability, restlessness and tantrums – with both grown-ups and children!

Hint: Blends well with essential oils of Bergamot, Cinnamon, Clary Sage,  Frankincense and Lavender and is a great oil to use with children

Directions:

Add 4-6 drops of oil to an oil burner or diffuser to enhance your mood.

May be added to water for a relaxing bath and tonic.

To create a massage blend, add 6 drops of the essential oil into 15ml of massage base oil.
