We are all hands on deck here at XO Collectives, so all custom hand made items are produced within 1-5 business days of receiving payment unless otherwise specified in the item description. If a pre-order item was selected, all items will be shipped once the pre-order item is produced.
Please allow an extra 5-7 business days during sale periods due to heavy traffic flow with orders.
We use Australia post as our shipping carrier to ensure we are providing the lowest shipping costs to our customers, however for bulk orders, we may use another courier service.
All shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout.
All orders are shipped from XO Collectives located in Bullsbrook, Western Australia.
Shipping times can vary from 1-10 business day depending on your location.

Local Pick Up
If you would like to pick up your order, this can be done at no charge and selected at check out. XO Collectives will hold your order for a maximum of 14 business days. If your order has not been collected, or no arrangements have been made, your order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
If you have some last minute items to order, don’t worry- here at XO Collectives we offer express shipping. Shipping generally takes 1-2 business days throughout Australia for all major cities throughout the CBD. Depending on your location, Australia Post’s next day guarantee may not apply.
We do offer international shipping on request. This can be selected at the checkout and we will price your shipping costs prior to your order being confirmed.
In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made prior to the order being processed. Where possible XO Collectives will accommodate address change requests.
XO Collectives takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any associated loss.
